A Bit About Me

There is something powerful about finding a space where you don't have to translate yourself — not your language, and not your experience.

I work with moms navigating the beautiful, complicated, sometimes overwhelming journey of motherhood, whether that's anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personal growth, or simply trying to reconnect with who you are beyond your role as a mom.

Relationships change in motherhood. Sometimes in ways that are painful and hard to talk about. That includes infidelity, communication breakdowns, and the quiet distance that can grow between partners over time. Whatever you are facing, you will find support here.

My approach combines clinical therapy with holistic healing practices. I draw on Mindfulness-Based CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Spiritual Psychology to support your mental and emotional well-being. As a Reiki-certified practitioner, I also offer an energetic healing component to our work that goes beyond what traditional talk therapy alone can achieve.

I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me meditating, paddleboarding, or out in nature.

I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, so you can show up and express yourself fully, in whichever language feels most like home.
